What makes us different?   For one thing, our couples are really (really) important to us.  We don't try to "pack as many weddings” as we can into a weekend.  To offer the personal care we provide, in most cases, we only book one wedding/reception per weekend.  This way, it’s all about you.  You have our full attention. Attention to detail (and to our couples) sets us apart.
Our weddings have been called beautiful and traditional. Our receptions have been described as celebratory and elegant, yet relaxed.  We are not your ordinary "banquet hall". We strive to provide a truly memorable event, not just a meal.  Guest often remark that they feel as if they have been treated out to a dinner at a beautiful restaurant.  We love for our couples to make themselves at home and then to invite their guests to join them for their unique event.
 
Our Packages
 
Due to popular request, we offer the option of renting the venue alone. We want you to be able to create your wedding your way. We can do everything for you from decorating the tables with our centerpieces or yours to lining up your bridal party, We also know how to step back and allow you free reign to do it all yourself.
Our packages are full and we also offer in house DJs and emcees, recommendations for vendors such as bakeries, photographers, gown boutiques, florists.  Our experience helps us help you chose the best vendor for your special needs and desires.  We know “who does what best” in each of these areas.  We have had a good number of brides from out of the area who basically told us what they wanted and showed up in their wedding gowns for an amazing wedding and reception.
 
Convenience
 
We work with hotels in the area.  Let us know your needs and we can make the connections.
We are located just one easy turn off the new exit 136 on I-79.  Since we offer weddings and receptions in one lovely venue, this all makes it wonderfully convenient for your out of state guests.
 
Getting Ready in Style
 
We have a wonderful bride’s ready room full of mirrors, crystal, stained glass.  Perfect for photos.....and a groom's ready room as well! Our building is full of oak staircases, alcoves and decorated rooms; photo ops galore!

We Do Weddings& Receptions
Our management and staff are familiar with all aspects of weddings.  Many have left other banquet facilities in the area to come be part of the Gatherings Team.  They are polite, knowledgeable, and take pleasure in meeting the needs of our couples and their guests. 
 
Amanda and Robin, the wedding coordinator and her assistant, make themselves available all throughout the planning process and are very present to make sure the rehearsal and wedding event go off smoothly.
